| What is the order cutoff time? | Orders must be submitted by 8:00 PM on Sunday for the following week's lunches. Late orders cannot be accommodated as food is prepared fresh each morning. | 2 |

| Can I change or cancel an order? | Yes — orders can be modified or canceled up to the Sunday 8:00 PM cutoff. After that time, orders are locked and sent to the kitchen. Please contact us directly for emergencies. | 3 |

| What happens on school holidays? | No lunches are delivered on school holidays or snow days. Our system automatically blocks ordering for those days. If your school has an unexpected closure, please call us before 7:00 AM for a credit. | 6 |
